Carter Mountain Apple Festival

Yeah! Fall is in the air! Its time for pumpkins and hot apple cider! We all ventured out this weekend and enjoyed the beautiful weather. We went to the Carter Mountain Orchard for their fall apple harvest festival. We all had a great time.
The orchard overlooks Charlottesville and the views are quite spectacular. I'm just waiting for the trees to start changing color, then we'll know fall is really here. They say it will be late October before leaves start to change around here. We can't wait.

Well, that is all we know for now, just wanted to share these pictures.

Looks like you had a good time at the apple festival. Did you like the music? The apples are beautiful. Did Tigger like the apples? Jackson looked like he was having fun too. We love you. Grandma and Grandpa

Hi Mary,
We are wondering what you are going to be for Halloween. Ivy is going to be a fawn. Mom is busy cutting out white felt spots to sew onto a brown shirt and pants.
Ivy also wanted me to tell you that Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day is one of her favorite movies. Tigger is such a funny tiger. He bounces on his tail, over and over, doesn't he!? We love you.
